Usually I will experience nice moment during my stay at this hotel but last time maybe a bit worse moment. The receptionist takes too long time to settle up my check in while her friend who incharge next counter finished attend 2 people. I'm so dissappointed. The security guard that on duty that night play phone while I already enter the 1st level parking that already fully occupied have asked me to take next level parking.

Stay here is preferred due to location..easy to get my necessary things... however the air conditioning in my room located to blow so directly to bed which is not my preference

I had a pleasant stay here at U Design Hotel. It is located in the Kuala Lipis city near KFC, Watsons, DIY and tealive. There are also many restaurant nearby the hotel therefore it is very convenient for travellers that travels solo or with families. Would definitely book this hotel again if I ever come to Kuala Lipis in future.
